1) So what can someone expect from Fitness Camp?

Training 5 days a week during one of the time slots you choose, involving a combination of Cardio, Weights, Yoga, Fat Burning methods to get the results you want.  

2) If I haven't trained for years will I be able to keep up?

A physical assessment is done the first day you train to measure your fitness level to get a better understanding of how to handle your gradual training program.  We will carefully bring you along through the program no matter what level you begin at.  No matter how much experience you have had in training we guarantee results by the time you finish our program.

3) How can I sign up?

You can quickly sign up using our online pay pal check out option to receive all the bonuses offered right away.

You will be contacted by one of our representatives to pick a time slot that best suits your schedule.

4) What do I need to bring?

The only thing you will need is a yoga mat, 2 dumbbells of 10 lbs for women and 15 lbs men, water, and a jump rope.
A change of clothes is optional, there will be lockers and showers available. VERY IMPORTANT : RUNNING SHOES! MOST INJURIES HAPPEN BECAUSE OF HAVING THE WRONG SHOE DURING TRAINING. WE LIKE NEW BALANCE OR ASICS RUNNING SHOES!

5) When can i begin?

Our fitness camp is on going, so there never is a bad time to start.
The only time our fitness camp is not training hard is during special holidays, so please check with C.U.T. to confirm schedule during the holiday season.

* Complete Universal Training always recommends to consult with your medical professional before starting any exercise program.  There will be a medical history questioner filled out on your first day of training.
